Growing up in Colorado I spent most of my time reading and drawing almost exclusively dragons and dinosaurs, I always enjoyed creature designs and fantasy elements in the media I consumed and wanted desperately to learn to draw like the art in my prehistoric encyclopedias. I began to branch out and learn digital art in middle school and moved on to a game development internship at Warren Tech (Denver) in my junior and senior year of high school where I began to learn the basics of anatomy and truly appreciate concept art as a career path from an amazing mentor. While at Warren tech I became a producer and lead artist on two games, building my teamwork skills and preparing for the industry. Now at SCAD in my sophomore year I am majoring in Illustration: Concept Art and minoring in Scientific Illustration with the hopes to work in creature design for film and games!
